POST-SURGERY COMPRESSION GARMENTS (Hook & Eye)
After cosmetic surgery, it is necessary to use compression garments specifically created for the post-operative period. The primary goal is to reduce inflammation and pain, but also to optimize the results of the surgery by gluing the skin to the scar tissue.
Equipped with eyelets and clips for an evolving adjustment, these garments allow the installation of drains if necessary to promote healing. The three-dimensional design follows the natural curves of the body for added comfort.
Following a surgery
We suggest wearing the compression garment 23 hours a day for the first 7 to 14 days following your surgery. You can then wear the garment 8 hours a day for the next 2 to 4 weeks. After the first month, you will regain your mobility and be more comfortable with a seamless garment, which will be better adapted to daily activities, for the remaining weeks of your recovery protocol.
Your surgeon will prepare a specific protocol adapted to your condition. Strictly follow your surgeon's medical indications. In case of skin irritation, pain or any other discomfort, stop using the garment and contact the person in charge of your post-operative follow-up.
